the love hate continuum is described as a circle and at the top of the circle their is a line the would be the max for love and hate half of the ciricle repreesents love and the other half represents hate and at the bottom of the cirlce their is a line and that is the emotion called indifference and it is said that if you hate someone you actaully love them just as much so if you hated someone so much that you wild give your life to hurt them in some fassion then you would also give your life to keep them alive
